## Recharge service credit

Open [Wallet](/en/app#wallet). If online payment is unavailable, contact support. For crypto, only use a network and asset currently enabled in the wallet. Support for USDT or USDC on one network does not mean every combination is enabled.

1. Create an order for a fixed amount. Copy its asset, network, receiving address and full six-decimal payment amount.
2. Send exactly that amount in one transfer before the order expires. Do not round, split or combine payments. Account for any withdrawal fee so the received amount matches the order exactly.
3. Wait for confirmed on-chain verification. The full matched amount is credited at 1 token = 1 USD of service credit. A screenshot alone does not confirm payment.
4. Check the order and wallet history. Wrong-network, wrong-asset, late or unmatched payments require support review; do not pay the expired order again.

## Reserved credit and final charges

A submitted generation can reserve credit before settlement. Reserved credit is not an extra final charge. For a failed task, inspect the final released amount and wallet entry; if a task is still pending, do not assume it has settled. Wallet history records credits, adjustments, reservations and settlement events.

## User cost analysis

Open [Cost analysis](/en/app#costs) to filter by date, model or status, inspect daily totals and export the current page as CSV. This is your own spending analysis, not the platform's upstream purchase cost or profit report.

Completed video seconds and average cost use known durations. Weighted cost per second = settled charges for completed videos with known duration / their total known seconds. Failed and pending tasks do not inflate completed-video seconds. Records without known duration remain in total spending but are excluded from the per-second average. Processing elapsed time is different from the video's playback length.

U9 billing uses USD. Compare the same model, mode, resolution and duration when assessing prices. For a disputed charge, include the request ID, order ID, time zone and relevant record in a private ticket.
